This repack fixes the issues people are having with Titan and Astrolabe errors.

Version 2.4.9 (04-01-2008)
- Updated toc file to reflect the new 2.4 interface.
- WIM message windows now support emoticons (over 50).
- Added option in general tab to enable/disable emoticons.
- WIM's message windows now support WoW's raid icons.
- Corrected an issue with UI widget layer ordering.
- Added menu to right click of message box.
- Menu now has access to sent history as well as emoticons.
- Updated library Astrolabe to WoW 2.4 compatible version.
- Updated all attached libraries to latest versions.
- WIM now respects Skin width and height restrictions.
- WIM Titan Panel support has been fixed.
